bullet2008 YACM Retreat will be held May 8 - 10, 2008 at the Michigan Christian Youth Camp and Retreat Center.  The cost is $115 per person.  Balance is due May 5, 2008.  More information is provided on a flyer in the narthex.

bulletMonday May 12 & Tuesday May 13, 2008 - Greater St. Peter will be having Revival services at 7pm.  Our pastor the Rev. Al Hamilton will be the minister for the revival.  Please plan to come.  The address is 4400 Mt. Elliott in Detroit, MI.
bulletThe Praise & Worship Team is sponsoring its 3rd Annual "Deliverance & Healing Worship Services" on May 24, 2008 at 5:00 pm.  Pastor Edward D. Lucas Jr., Faith Tabernacle Church, St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Praise & Worship Choir, and our own Voices of Deliverance will be our guest on that day.  All are welcome to come and lift up the name of JESUS.  The theme: "We Will Glorify the King of Kings for Praise Is What We Do".
bulletChristian Education Ministry is sponsoring a trip to the Bible Walk (Living Bible Museum) in Mansfield, OH on Saturday, May 24, 2008.  The cost is $50 per person, includes admission to the Bible Walk -- Miracles of the Old Testament and Life of Christ, bus transportation, and all-you-can-eat buffet lunch.  Please register and receive more information in the narthex.
 
Scholarship News
Every 1st Sunday has been designated as Scholarship Sunday at John Wesley.  Please support our college students by giving a donation to the Scholarship Fund.
